Q. Do I pay a deposit?
A. No. You just pay a £99.00 booking fee which will be deducted from your rent.
Q. Will I have internet/WiFi in my Studio/En-suite?
A. Yes. Fast and reliable broadband throughout our Residences for streaming, gaming, work and play – with speeds of up to 1 Gigabit, 24/7 multi-language support and a home-from-home experience!
Q. Can I have guests?
A. Yes, occasional overnight guests are permitted.
Q. Do you allow double/dual occupancy?
A. All our studios can be offered on a double/dual occupancy basis, our Edition IV studios are best suited as not only are these our largest studios, they have also been kitted out with quadruple wardrobes, an extra bedside table, chair and desk. Some of our En-suite Rooms are available on Double Occupancy, please contact the team directly if you are interested in this. There is an additional weekly charge of £15 per week for double/dual occupancy.
Q. What contract lengths are available?
A. We offer a 44 week contract which covers the period 9th September 2023 to 13th July 2024 and a 51 week contract which covers the period 9th September 2023 to 31st August 2024.
